The following is a list of rules and regulations to be upheld by Renter, which includes all event attendees, event planners and coordinators, and vendors who are involved in the planning and execution of the special event on the premises of the venue.
Decorations may not be hung with tape, wire, nails or screws. All decorations must be removed without leaving damages. Rice, confetti, glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not permitted inside or outside the facility. All candles must be contained or enclosed in glass. The flame must not reach higher than 2 inches below the height of the glass. Helium filled balloons must be anchored at all times and may not be released inside the venue
Clean Up/Trash Removal
$100 cleaning fee Pitt Hall & $175 cleaning fee Price Hall
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
All liquor must be served by a RAMP certified bartender. Alcohol may not be served to minors. Sale of liquor is strictly prohibited unless special arrangements are made with the local government. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premises.
All children under the age of 13 MUST be supervised at all times.
